If you have any concerns or questions regarding the products received, please email tori-bella@outlook.co.nz within 5 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of the products, refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted so please choose carefully.
If the products are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.If a refund is applicable and has been agreed on by Tori-Bella, an email will be sent to you to notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
