Tori-Bella aim to process orders as soon as possible with the goal to have orders ready within 48 hours of ordering. From here, the courier is booked for a Wednesday or Friday collection depending on when your order is placed.

All orders are shipped through New Zealand Post and Courier Post who have a delivery target timeframe of 1-3 working days. This 1-3 working day target is only a guideline and therefore not a guaranteed timeframe, however all orders are assigned a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Please note that any delivery to a rural or remote address may take longer than the suggested timeframe above.Tracking information will be sent directly to you with instructions on how you can track your order.

Unfortunately P.O. Box addresses are not included in the shipping options.

Pick up is available on Friday.
